If you need to cancel a lesson you must call/text your tutor up to 2 working days (working days are Monday - Friday inclusive) before the lesson is due to take place in order not to be charged.  If you cancel later than this, you will be invoiced for the cancelled lesson in full.  Lessons are charged at £28 per hour." 

Obviously, we will take into account any exceptional circumstances, however, this will be at the discretion of head office upon advisement from the tutor.
