Inspire a generation

inspireIf you would like to train to become an a²om academy driving tutor then read on:

a2om training and education Ltd. is looking to recruit dynamic people from a professional background to train to be Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs).

a2om training and education Ltd. offers the successful applicant the opportunity to:

  • Train with university-trained educators
  • Join the DSA Register of Approved Driving Instructors
  • Potentially work for a2om academy Ltd. educating students in safe driving for life
  • Qualify with an Edexcel accredited BTEC Advanced Professional (Level 4) Diploma in Approved Driving Instruction
  • Potentially gain access to the Masters degree in Driver Behaviour and Education at Cranfield University

Successful applicants will be trained on our Tutor Education Programme consisting of six units. The first four units take six months to complete with classroom sessions, car sessions and a personal online Trainer to coach you through the assignments and help keep you motivated. At the end of the four units you will take the three-part ADI qualifying examination and will then go onto complete the final two units of the BTEC qualification whilst working as an ADI.

The first four units cost £750 each, which is a total of £3000 up to ADI qualification; the final two units cost from £1000 to £2000 depending on the options you select.

You will be an excellent communicator, ideally with a first degree, a teaching certificate, or management experience. You will be highly motivated and keen to educate people to drive safely for life - not just to pass their test.
